What does the 75%-off-first-month promo cover?+
The first month of any tier. Auto-applied at checkout. After month 1, full price. Cancel during the first month to pay only the discounted month.
Does AlgoBundle include broker fees?+
No, the bundle covers the AlgoIndex subscription + TradersPost broker bridge. Your underlying broker (TradeStation, Tradier, IBKR) charges separately for fills. Most options brokers charge $0.50-$0.65 per contract.
Is there a refund policy?+
All sales are final. You can cancel anytime via /account/subscription, cancellation prevents future charges but the current month is non-refundable. EU/EEA customers may have additional statutory rights under the 14-day cooling-off period; see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Where does my money sit?+
At your broker. AlgoIndex never holds customer funds. The TradersPost bridge sends signals → your broker fills → settlement at your broker. We don't touch the money.
