Subscription and Billing Policy

This Subscription and Billing Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms governing the subscription plans, billing procedures, and cancellation rights applicable to services provided by AlgoIndex.com Inc. (“AlgoIndex”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By subscribing to any plan or service offered on AlgoIndex.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Packages

We offer four subscription plans:

DiscordPro — $89/month: Daily institutional reviews + Discord community access. No execution component.
AITrader — $189/month: DiscordPro plus high-conviction AI signals on SPY options (3-8 trades per week). 1 webhook stage.
ES/SPY Standalone — $189/month: DiscordPro plus the fully-automated 4-stage algorithm on SPY options. 4 webhook stages.
AlgoBundle — $289/month: All of the above. Includes a TradersPost coupon (~$60/month value). 5 webhook stages.

All subscriptions are billed monthly in U.S. dollars (USD).

2. Promotional Pricing

New subscribers receive 75% off the first month on any plan. Promotional pricing is applied automatically at checkout. After month 1, full published prices apply. Cancellation during the first month preserves access through the discounted period; subsequent months will not be charged.

3. Billing & Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled.

Your billing cycle begins on the date of initial payment.
Charges will appear as “AlgoIndex.com Inc.” on your payment method.

4. Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards via secure payment processors (e.g., Stripe). You authorize us to charge the card on file each billing cycle unless canceled.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. Canceling stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a paid period.

If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your current paid period; no further charges occur after that.
Customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with statutory consumer-protection rights may have additional remedies (such as the EU 14-day right of withdrawal). See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for the full statutory-rights breakdown.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings (Manage Subscription) or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal; it does not generate a refund for the current billing cycle.

7. Account Access & Termination

If payment fails or a charge is disputed, your account may be suspended. We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of these terms, suspected abuse, or nonpayment.

8. Changes to Pricing or Terms

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or billing terms. Any changes will be communicated in advance via email or platform notice.

9. Taxes

Users are responsible for any applicable sales, VAT, or local taxes related to their subscription. Prices listed do not include taxes unless explicitly stated.
